Terms of service
Last updated: 16 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and Revanth Raj, India, who operates Growth OS. By creating an account or using Growth OS you accept them.
1. The service
Growth OS analyses your website and the Google Search Console and Google Analytics data you connect, and shows reports and recommendations. It only reads data. It does not change your website unless you separately turn on a feature that publishes content you have approved.
2. Beta
Growth OS is in an invite-only beta. It is free during the beta. Features may change. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price before charging anything, and you can choose not to continue.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to act for your business.
- Keep your sign-in details safe. We recommend turning on two-step sign-in.
- Only connect websites and Google properties you are authorised to use.
4. Your data
Your data stays yours. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You can disconnect Google at any time and ask us to delete your account.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Growth OS: no attempts to access other customers' data, overload the service, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.
6. No guarantees about results
Recommendations are based on your data and Google's public guidance, but search rankings, traffic and sales depend on many things we do not control, including Google. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic or sales outcome. Decide for yourself before acting on a recommendation.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Growth OS available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (nil during the free beta).
8. Ending
You can stop using Growth OS at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we will give notice where reasonable.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
