Privacy policy
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. Who we are
Growth OS (https://seo.buy2grow.in) is a website analysis tool operated by Revanth Raj, an individual based in India ("we", "us"). For any privacy question or request, write to re1th.raj97@gmail.com. This address is also our grievance contact under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What we collect
- Your account: your name, email address, company name, and a scrambled (hashed) version of your password. We never store the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google.
- Your website: its address, and the public pages we read from it (titles, descriptions, headings, links, structured data, load speed).
- Google user data: see section 3.
- Security records: when you sign in, the time, your IP address and whether it succeeded. We keep these to protect accounts.
3. Google user data: what we access and why
With your permission, given on Google's own consent screen, Growth OS requests these read-only permissions:
- Google Search Console (
webmasters.readonly): the list of properties you can access, and for the property you choose, the search queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position, country and device. - Google Analytics (
analytics.readonly, optional): the list of properties you can access, and for the property you choose, daily totals per landing page (sessions, engaged sessions, add-to-carts, checkouts, purchases and revenue). We do not read data about individual visitors. - Sign in with Google (
openid, email, profile): your name and email, to sign you in.
We use this data only to provide Growth OS to you: to show your search and traffic reports, to work out recommendations for your own website, and to measure whether changes helped. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or use it to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. People can see it only when needed for security, to fix a problem you report, or when the law requires it.
Growth OS's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We use these service providers only to run Growth OS:
- Hostinger: hosts the application and its database.
- Google: the Search Console, Analytics and PageSpeed Insights services you connect. Page addresses are sent to PageSpeed Insights to measure speed.
- SerpApi (only if enabled for your website): search phrases are sent to check public Google results. No personal data is sent.
- Anthropic (Claude) (only if you turn on the optional AI writing feature): the search phrases, page text and product facts needed to write a draft are sent to generate it. We only use AI providers whose business terms do not let them train their models on the data we send.
We may disclose data if Indian law requires it.
5. How we protect it
- All traffic uses encrypted connections (HTTPS).
- Google access tokens and authenticator secrets are encrypted in our database (AES-256-GCM). Passwords are stored only as a scrypt hash.
- Each company's data is kept in its own separate database space.
- Two-step sign-in with an authenticator app is available, and failed sign-ins are rate-limited.
- Only the platform operator can open a customer's workspace, for support, and every such access is logged.
6. How long we keep it, and deleting it
- We keep your data while your account is active.
- You can disconnect Google at any time from Settings → Disconnect Google, or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. We then stop reading new Google data.
- To delete your account and all its data, email re1th.raj97@gmail.com from your account's email address. We delete it from our live database within 30 days. Copies in our hosting provider's backups are removed when those backups expire.
7. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, nominate another person to act for you, and raise a grievance. Write to re1th.raj97@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
8. Cookies
We only use cookies that the service needs: to keep you signed in, to remember which website you are working on, and to carry an invite link through sign-up. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Children
Growth OS is a business tool and is not meant for anyone under 18.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will tell signed-in users before it takes effect.
